Oltmans van Niekerk is looking for a sales and marketing intern to help with creating, expanding, and managing the company's sales and marketing channels. The intern will search and identify prospective customers, support sales by daily sales tasks, search for new opportunities and leads, make a social media promotion plan and present ideas to the OvN team. Guided by the team of OvN, you will get full responsibility for different projects. We will give you regular feedback to elevate your performance and development. We offer responsibility and empowerment in your internship; it is learning by doing.

Daily tasks are:

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and build relationships.

  • Emphasize the features of OvN’s products to highlight how they solve customer problems.

  • Make a storytelling and social media plan and execute this plan.

  • The goal of this internship is to improve customer relations and turnover, and sales by suggesting strategic choices in terms of promotion, marketing and sales.

  • You will work in a small company in an international environment alongside the OvN team.

Qualifications:

  • You are in the bachelor three or master phase of your academic track

  • You have a passion for sales and marketing

  • You are open-minded and creative

  • You have an affinity with strategic thinking

  • Have strong analytical thinking and skills

  • Collaborate well with diverse groups of people

  • You are fluent in English (in speaking and writing)

  • You are proactive and motivated to learn

Additional Information:

  • Period: 6 months

  • Hours a week: 32

  • Location: Delft

  • Start date in consultation
